General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable Plan: Full payment for the room is required at the time of booking. Tourist tax any breakfasts will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
- Standard Plan: The booking can be cancelled free of charge more than 7 days before arrival. A payment link will be sent. The room must be paid for no later than 7 days before arrival. Tourist tax any breakfasts will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
- Flex Plan: The booking can be cancelled free of charge more than 2 days before arrival. A payment link will be sent. The room must be paid for no later than 2 days before arrival. Tourist tax any breakfasts will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. The hotel reception closes at 8:00 PM. Please notify us if you will be arriving after this time.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If a reserved room is vacated after the required check-out time, an additional night's stay will be charged.
A stay that has begun is payable for the entire reserved period.
We are a completely non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in guest rooms. This is in accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, which sets out the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in designated areas. We reserve the right to charge a €150 surcharge to any guest found smoking in their room (which will result in a complete cleaning of all textiles in the room the room being closed for two days) to refuse them future access to the hotel.
We may ask the Client to leave the establishment without any compensation to pay for the entire reserved service, particularly in the event of behavior contrary to public decency public order, any damage, deterioration, act of vandalism caused by the Client their employees persons under their supervision during their stay, to any movable immovable property, furnishings, decorations, any other item present in the hotel.

Contact Hotels Alsace falls under the Tourism and Travel Mediation (MTV) service. If you have contacted our team or the Contact Hotels quality department (http://satisfaction.contact-hotel.com) and have not received a satisfactory response within sixty (60) days, you may contact the MTV Mediator, whose contact details and procedures for contacting them are available on their website: http://www.mtv.travel.

We would like to inform you of your right to register on the national opt-out list for telemarketing calls and suggest you register with Bloctel. Bloctel is the national opt-out list for telemarketing calls, which any consumer can register for free to avoid being contacted by telephone by a business with which they do not have a current contractual relationship, in accordance with Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, concerning consumer rights. The law specifies that it is prohibited for any business, directly or through a third party acting on its behalf, to contact by telephone a consumer registered on this list, except in the cases listed by law.
